Real-Time Alerts

You can configure alerts on a real-time dashboard to draw attention to real-time activity in your organisation. There are two types of real-time alert:

Module Colour Alerts

In any of the following modules, you can configure statistics to be highlighted in one of five distinctive colours when they reach specified threshold values.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

       

For example, in the Agent Group module below, the status' Time column is configured to change to red when an agent has been in the Unavailable state for a specified duration.

Message Alerts

You can configure a message to appear as a pop-up on a real-time dashboard or be sent as an email or SMS text message to selected recipients when a trigger condition is met.

Shown below is a pop-up message alert as it would appear on a real-time dashboard.

The trigger condition can be based on a single statistical event or on a formula. An alert can be configured to appear at particular times. Message alerts are listed in the Alerts Module as they are raised.
