Entered Action Cell Date/Time UTC Offset
This data export field displays the date and time offset from Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) at which the incoming contact entered the action cell for which the action cell record was written.
For example, if the time is logged during British Summer Time, this value is reported as 60 (that is, 60 minutes ahead of UTC). Ahead means preceding in time. So, if UTC time is 3:00, then the time one hour ahead of this is 2:00. Minus offsets are also supported (for example, -60).
