The field value is written to the inbound leg of all external incoming interactions.
Possible Values
Value | Description |
<digit> | The digit entered by the caller (including * and #). |
N | The caller dropped the call instead of selecting a menu option. |
Example
This data export reports shows an incoming call to a FLOW script where the caller pressed option 2 at the third Menu action cell.
