This data export field displays the digits received from the caller by one or more FLOW scripts. Digits received from different locations in the script(s) are separated by vertical bar characters.

Example

The following data export report shows an incoming call to a FLOW script (Monumental) where the caller pressed option 2 at the main menu causing them to be routed to an agent servicing a queue. The agent transferred the call back to the FLOW script from which the Survey FLOW script was invoked and which collected the digits 2, 1, and 4 from the caller.

The following data export report is for an incoming call to a FLOW script (MTravel) where the caller entered their account number as prompted by a Data Capture action cell.
