Example
This data export report shows the action index for each CONTACT action in an incoming call that was routed to an agent via a queue, and then transferred to two further queues.
The Action Index value relates to the Call ID. Each row with the same Call ID is numbered incrementally in the Action Index field. In the example below, the Call ID ending in 306 is numbered 1, 2, and 3.
