Notification Centre Panel

This is accessed by clicking the  button on the Toolbar.

Use this panel to see notifications such as:

• Missed calls.
• Supervisor broadcasts.
• Callback requests from other users.
• System messages such as those indicating insufficient licences for handling particular types of interactions.
• Real-time alerts from other storm applications (such as VIEW and WFM).
• Emergency alerts (the panel opens automatically and the message is colour-highlighted at the top of the panel along with a flashing red border).

 

		Panel help and control buttons	Displays this Help page. Closes the panel.
		Date	A label indicating when the notifications below were sent
		Header information	The source and time of arrival of the notification. The following symbols may be displayed: The notification is unacknowledged (not clicked). The notification is of a high priority. The notification is of a low priority.
		Subject	The subject of the notification.
		Message	The notification message. Action buttons may be displayed for some types of notification (such as emergency alerts).
		Delete button	Permanently deletes the notification from the panel.
