View Broadcast Notifications

You can view notification messages. For example, these can be messages that your supervisors have broadcast to the agent groups that they supervise. They can also be system messages, and messages generated by other storm applications.

You can only receive messages if you are logged in to DTA.

1. Either click the pop-up taskbar notification generated by a supported Chrome or Edge web browser version, or click the  button on the Toolbar.  

This displays the Notification Centre Panel, which lists all undeleted notifications that have been broadcast by supervisors.

Only the first two lines of messages are displayed. For a longer message, click Show More to see the entire message.

The  symbol next to a message means that you have not yet acknowledged it. Acknowledge the message by clicking on it. The symbol disappears and the number in the red circle on the Toolbar Notifications button decrements by one.

2. If you no longer wish to keep a message, click its  button to permanently delete it from your Notification Centre (this does not delete it for other recipients in your organisation).
