The number of inbound calls received through the SIP trunk from external destinations where the call was answered. This statistic resets overnight. |

Note: for an event of this type, external outgoing calls may be recorded against the site’s or (partition’s) default SIP trunk, which may not be the actual trunk used to make the call. This is because the platform does not have visibility of the trunk used to initiate the call. |
