Callback Agent ID

For an OUTBOUND agent-owned scheduled callback only

This data export field displays the unique storm-generated identifier of the agent who was scheduled to service a callback for an OUTBOUND call.

Example

This data export report shows that the callback dialler agent Derek Flint was assigned an ID of 75462.
