Deal With Follow-Up Email Messages

Some incoming email messages may have been tagged for follow up by yourself or other agents.

  1. Click the  button on the Toolbar. This displays the Follow up Emails Panel.

A list of tagged messages appears in a panel on the right of the screen, with the oldest message listed first.

 

Note: to see a subset of messages tagged for follow up by a particular agent in a particular agent group, first select the agent group and then the agent from the options lists.

  1. Click a message that you want to handle. This opens the message in the left panel along with the usual handling options such as reply, forward, and delete. See Handle an Incoming Email.
