Change Your DTA Login Password

You can change your DTA login password if you do NOT use single sign-on.

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbar at the left of the DTA main application window, click the Toolbar Settings button to display the Settings Window.
  2. In the Settings window, select My Details.
  3. Select Change Password.

Change Password

  1. Type your current password in the Old Password field.
  2. Type the new password in the New Password and Confirm New Password fields.

Note: unless informed otherwise by your administrator, the password must be at least eight characters long and contain the following: a combination of uppercase and lowercase letters; at least one numeric character; and at least one non-alpha-numeric character. It must NOT contain the following: three or more occurrences of the same character; a character repeated three or more times consecutively; your first name, last name, username, or organisation name.

  1. If your user account is configured for two-factor authentication, the Verification Code field is displayed. Enter the six-digit verification code sent to your mobile device or email client and then click Save.

  1. Close the Settings window by clicking its  button, or by clicking anywhere outside the window within the main application window.
