Assign a Menu to a Service

You can assign a menu to a service using a parameter, and update the assignment in real time in the Command Centre. The update takes effect via the FLOW Menu action cell.

1. Navigate to Call Flow > Parameters.

2. Click the  Add Parameter button.
3. In the window that is displayed, enter the details according to Create Parameters. At the Type field, select 'Menu'.

4. When done, click the Add Parameter button at the bottom of the window.
5. Navigate to Call Flow > Services.
6. Assign the parameter to the required service.
