In the example below, the parameter 'Airport Enquiries' is configured with the Menu parameter type. On assignment of the parameter to a service in the Command Centre, you can change the parameter's default value (a menu entitled 'Heathrow Enquiries').
You could change the value of the parameter to 'Stanstead Enquiries' for example.
Illustrated below is an example of a percentage split parameter configured with the Menu data type. This configuration supports the mapping of multiple instances of the same menu, each configured with a different voice.
Both menus shown above are configured with an introductory prompt which uses either a male voice or a female voice. Callers hear the same menu, but the voice they hear depends on the parameter's percentage weightings.
