Examples of Parameter Configuration

In the example below, the parameter 'Airport Enquiries' is configured with the Menu parameter type. On assignment of the parameter to a service in the Command Centre, you can change the parameter's default value (a menu entitled 'Heathrow Enquiries').

Example of Configuring a Parameter

You could change the value of the parameter to 'Stanstead Enquiries' for example.

Changing the value of a parameter in the Cockpit

Illustrated below is an example of a percentage split parameter configured with the Menu data type. This configuration supports the mapping of multiple instances of the same menu, each configured with a different voice.

Both menus shown above are configured with an introductory prompt which uses either a male voice or a female voice. Callers hear the same menu, but the voice they hear depends on the parameter's percentage weightings.
