Planned Calls Module

Displays scheduled retries and callbacks in an OUTBOUND campaign. Retries are those configured in the campaign's retry profile, and scheduled callbacks are those set by dialler agents in storm DTA.

Coloured bars show upcoming retries and callbacks in the next 12 hours, 7 days, or 5 weeks.

Not Dialled and Active calls can be configured for display on the first bar (as seen above). The size of the 'active' portion of the bar increases as the other portions decrease. This helps you to compare calls that are due with calls that are active.
