This data export field displays the name of the agent who made the OUTBOUND call. It corresponds to the 'szMisc9' system-defined column in the DATA MANAGEMENT table.

The agent name is written only to records with a Data Management Status of 'Complete'.
The field is blank when no agent is associated with the status change. However, the szMisc9 column in the DATA MANAGEMENT table will retain the most recent value.
