See Queue Statistics
You can see today's real-time statistics for queues and queue groups that are serviced by agent groups of which you are a member.
Procedure
- Click the
button on the Toolbar. This displays the My Queues Panel in which the queues are displayed in alphabetical order.
When there is not enough vertical space in the panel to display all of your queue statistics at once, an animation function plays to show you all statistics without requiring you to scroll through the list manually.
You can use the 
button to pause the animation. You can also use the vertical scroll bar to see statistics that are further down the list.
- Click
to close the panel when you have finished viewing queue statistics.
