Create Custom Unavailable Statuses

You can change the list of Unavailable statuses that DTA users can select from the Availability Status section of the main application window.

Select presence status

Procedure

  1. In the Toolbar at the left of the DTA main application window, click the Toolbar Settings button to display the Settings Window.
  1. In the Settings Window, do one of the following, depending on whether or not you are a Phonebook user:

Phonebook user?

Instructions

Yes

Select Service Management and then select Manage Templates.

No

Select Status Management and then select Custom User Statuses.

  1. Type a new status in the Status field and then click Add.

Creating custom user statuses

The status is added to the list of custom statuses below.

You can remove a status from the list by clicking its  button in the Delete column.

  1. Close the Settings window by clicking its  button, or by clicking anywhere outside the window within the main application window.
