Create Custom Unavailable Statuses
Supervisors only
You can change the list of Unavailable statuses that DTA users can select from the Availability Status section of the main application window.

Procedure
- In the Toolbar at the left of the DTA main application window, click the
button to display the Settings Window.
- In the Settings window, select Service Management.
- Select Custom User Statuses.
- Type a new status in the Status field and then click Add.

The status is added to the list of custom statuses below.
You can remove a status from the list by clicking its
button in the Delete column.
- Close the Settings window by clicking its
button, or by clicking anywhere outside the window within the main application window.
