You can change the list of Unavailable statuses that DTA users can select from the Availability Status section of the main application window.

| Yes | Select Service Management and then select Manage Templates. | 
| No | Select Status Management and then select Custom User Statuses. | 

The status is added to the list of custom statuses below.
You can remove a status from the list by clicking its  button in the Delete column.
