Cobrowse Panel

This is accessed by clicking the  button on the Toolbar.

Use this panel to interact with a customer on a web page that they have agreed to share.

You can operate this panel by using your mouse or keyboard (see Accessibility Features).

The following panel is displayed on successfully entering the six-digit code provided by the customer.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Label 1

 

Panel help and control buttons

Reject Call button

Collapses a double-width panel to single width, or a maximum width panel to double-width.

Reject Call button

Expands a single-width panel to double width, or a double-width panel to maximum width. Maximum width takes up all of the available workspace to the right.

Close Information Panel button

Hides the panel. You can restore it by clicking its  Cobrowse button on the Toolbar.

Close Information Panel button

Closes the panel.

Session Connection indicator

Indicates your connection status to the customer's device.

Label 3

 

Shared screen

The shared screen. You can interact with the customer by pointing, drawing, and highlighting on this screen using the cobrowse buttons described below.

Cobrowse Interaction buttons

Laser Pointer. Use this to point to elements on the shared screen.

Draw. Use this to draw on the shared screen.

Clear Drawing. Use this to clear any drawing on the shared screen.

Remote Control. Use this to control the shared screen. For example, to type and highlight text.

Send chat message button

Full Device Mode. Use this to request to see other content on the customer's screen for viewing purposes only. The customer must then choose what they want to share - this can be another tab in the browser window, another window, or their entire screen.

Note: cobrowse interaction is not available in this mode.

Click the button again to return to the previous mode where the interaction buttons are available again.

Label 5

 

Disconnect button

Use this to end the cobrowse session.
