See Agent Group Statistics

You can see a set of real-time statistics for all agent groups of which you are a member.

1. Click the  button on the Toolbar.
2. In the Activity Log Panel that is displayed, click the Group Statistics tab.

Note: in some deployments, the Group Statistics panel may be displayed instead of a tabbed Activity Log panel.

The tab displays real-time statistics for the agent groups. 

3. Observe the values in the agent groups. If you are a member of several groups, use the scroll bar to see the statistics in those groups, or expand the panel to double or full-width by clicking the  button in the panel title bar.

4. Click  to close the panel when you have finished viewing statistics.
