Log out of DTA

Click anywhere in the Availability Status area in the top-right of the DTA main application window and then select Log out at the bottom of the list that is displayed.

Note: do not close your browser without logging out. If you do so, or if you experience a connectivity issue, the system will log you out after a configured period. Before this time elapses, the system sees you as being in the same status you were in before the connection was lost and may attempt to route contacts to you.

Note: if you accessed DTA using single sign-on, you must still log out of DTA as described above.

Note: the Log out command is not available if you are a dialler agent participating in an OUTBOUND dial campaign and are reserved for calling the next contact in the campaign.
