A personal hunt group is a set of numbers associated with your user account. By assigning a set of numbers to your account, incoming calls cause the telephone devices on these numbers to ring in sequence or in parallel according to your choice. Ringing stops when you answer the call on one of the ringing devices. You can include up to five numbers in your personal hunt group.

Destinations |
Build a list of personal hunt group numbers by selecting a number from the options list and then clicking the Add button. The numbers available for selection are those displayed in the 'Numbers' section of the Settings window. If the hunting mode is 'In Sequence', each number in your list will ring for the 30 seconds before the next number is tried. Change this value if desired. The numbers will ring in the listed order. You can change the order by clicking and dragging a number up or down the list. For both hunting modes, you can optionally specify a sequence of transfer digits. For example, suppose you have assigned a digit sequence of *2 to your internal extension. Then, if you are speaking to the caller on your mobile phone, you can transfer them to your deskphone extension by dialling *2 on your mobile. You can remove a number from the list by clicking its button. |
