Comms Panel - Phonebook/Contacts Tab

If your organisation is using the DTA Phonebook feature, you will see the Phonebook tab; otherwise, you will see the Contacts tab. Hovering your mouse cursor over the  tab on the Comms Panel indicates the type of tab in a tooltip:
