Comms Panel - Phonebook/Contacts Tab

If your organisation is using the DTA Phonebook feature, you will see the Phonebook tab; otherwise, you will see the Contacts tab. Hovering your mouse cursor over the Comms panel tab, contacts button tab on the Comms Panel indicates the type of tab in a tooltip:

Note: in some deployments, the tabbed Comms Panel is not available. Instead,  Phonebook or Contact information is provided in a standalone panel, accessible from the toolbar. If you prefer this setup, consult your local support desk.
