Metrics in OUTBOUND Status Change

This is the standard metrics reference for the OUTBOUND Status Change data source.

Metric

Description

Completed OUTBOUND Records

The number of records that were dialled and not subsequently scheduled for a retry or an agent-scheduled callback

Retried OUTBOUND Records (Same Number)

The number of records for which agents selected completion codes matching only retry completion codes in retry profiles assigned to their campaigns. These records were meant to be called again on the same telephone number.
