Receives a web chat message from a contact. |
This is typically used to receive information from the customer (initiated by a Send IM Message action cell) prior to routing the chat to a live agent.
Received Message
Enter a string variable in which to store the customer's message.
Wait Duration
The number of seconds for which to wait for a message to arrive.
