Send IM Message

Sends a web chat message to the contact.

Use this to interact with the customer prior to routing the chat to a live agent. For example you may ask the customer to indicate their reason for contact so that the most appropriate queue can be targeted.

Use a Wait for IM Message action cell to store the customer's response.
