Set up Your Switchboard Display

  1. On the Toolbar, click the  button to display the Web Switchboard Panel and the  button to display the Queue Selection Panel.
  2. In the Queue Selection panel, use the check boxes or buttons to select the switchboard queues that you want to display in the Web Switchboard panel. 

  1. (Optional) Click the View button to open the red Personal Waiting Area, which displays any entrants that you claim.
  2. Click OK. A panel is displayed for each selected queue. Queue entrants will be displayed in the panels ready for you or another switchboard operator to claim.
