Troubleshooting: Submit a Quality Report
If you have experienced a problem with DTA during an interaction with a customer, you can submit a quality report to the Content Guru Engineering Support team during or after an interaction. The report is tagged to the most recent interaction you have handled or are handling.
Procedure
- Click the button on the Toolbar. This displays the Quality Report Panel.
- From the panel's Issue options list, select the issue that best describes your issue.
- (Optional) In the Notes field, provide any explanatory notes that will help the Content Guru Engineering Support team to best understand and troubleshoot the issue you have experienced.
- Click the Submit Report button.
The entered details along with your user name are sent directly to Content Guru's Engineering Support team.
