Troubleshooting: Submit a Quality Report

If you have experienced a problem with DTA during an interaction with a customer, you can submit a quality report to the Content Guru Engineering Support team during or after an interaction. The report is tagged to the most recent interaction you have handled or are handling.

Procedure

  1. Click the  button on the Toolbar. This displays the Quality Report Panel.
  2. From the panel's Issue options list, select the issue that best describes your issue.

  1. (Optional) In the Notes field, provide any explanatory notes that will help the Content Guru Engineering Support team to best understand and troubleshoot the issue you have experienced.
  2. Click the Submit Report button. 

The entered details along with your user name are sent directly to Content Guru's Engineering Support team.
