Make an Agent Available or Unavailable
Supervisors only
- Click the
button on the Toolbar. This displays the Monitor Agents Panel.
- In the panel, select the agent's parent agent group or subgroup. This displays the group’s logged in agents.
- For an agent whose status you want to change to unavailable, click their
button, and then select
Make Unavailable from the menu.
Note: if the agent is handling a contact, they will be marked as Unavailable when they have finished handling the contact.
For an unavailable agent whose status you want to change to available, click
Make Available on the menu.
