Make an Agent Available or Unavailable
Supervisors only
- Click the button on the Toolbar. This displays the Monitor Agents Panel.
- In the panel, select the agent's parent agent group. This displays the group’s logged in agents.
- For an agent whose status you want to change to unavailable, click their button.
Note: if the agent is handing a contact, they will be marked as Unavailable when they have finished handling the contact.
For an unavailable agent whose status you want to change to available, click their button.
