Log an Agent Out of DTA

  1. Click the  button on the Toolbar. This displays the Monitor Agents Panel.
  2. In the panel, select the agent's parent agent group or subgroup. This displays the group’s logged in agents.
  3. For the agent you want to log out, click their  button, and then select one red bar Log out from the menu.
  4. Click OK in the confirmation dialog.

The agent is logged out and their name disappears from the list.

Note: if the agent is handing a contact, they will be logged out when they have finished handling the contact.
