Rearrange Buttons on the Toolbar
You can rearrange the buttons on the Toolbar. Changes are preserved across user sessions.
Note: this feature uses the private storage of the logged-in Windows user account, and may require the use of Windows roaming profiles to move settings between PCs in a hot-desking business environment.
Procedure
- Click the
button on the Toolbar. This puts the toolbar into edit mode, which is indicated by the
symbol to the left of each button.

- Click and hold the mouse button over the button you want to move and then drag the button to its new location on the toolbar.
Possible locations are indicated by an animated
symbol and a thin horizontal blue line.

- Release the mouse button to place the button at the highlighted location.
- Click the highlighted
button to exit the toolbar edit mode.
