View the User Audit Log
This shows you the following user activity performed through STUDIO:
- User log in/out
- Updates to access number details
- Updates to inbound access points
- Access numbers assigned or re-assigned to access point groups and origination groups
- Access numbers assigned to (or retrieved from) sub-organisations
- DR routing activated or de-activated
- Creation, update or deletion of route plans, routing schedules, access point groups, origination groups, and auto attendants
- Updates to user profiles and their assignment
- Outbound campaign changes: campaign provisioning, campaign summary, pacing profiles, retry profiles, dial times and CLI profiles.
- Update of service revision numbers.
Select Reporting > Audit Log.
This shows the audit log, which you can filter by using the Search controls:
