View the User Audit Log

This shows you the following user operations performed through STUDIO on storm:

• User log in/out
• New items added
• Updates to existing items
• Items deleted.

If the change was made by a user logging in to, and working within, an organisation in the usual way, the User and Organisation columns show their storm username and the name of the organisation respectively.

If the change was made in a child organisation by a user logged in to a parent organisation using Impersonate Users functionality:

• The Impersonator User and Impersonator Organisation columns show the storm username the person who made the change used to log in to the parent organisation, and the name of the parent organisation respectively.
• The User and Organisation columns show the storm username used to carry out the change in the child organisation (that is, the impersonated user's username), and the name of the child organisation respectively.

Select Reporting > Audit Log.

This shows the audit log, which you can filter by using the Search controls:

Use the filters as relevant to select:

• A date range
• The product for which you want to show operations
• Whether to show information for a specific operation or all operations
• The storm user whose activity you wish to see
• The name of a specific object (for example, the name of the route plan or user profile). This needs to be the full and exact name of the object, but is not case sensitive.

Click the Search button to apply the filters.

The Export button exports the information currently being displayed, in CSV format.
