View or Edit an Announcement

To view and edit an announcement which has previously been created:

  1. Navigate to Media Management > Announcements.

The window displayed is the same as that described in Create an Announcement and you can make changes to any of the fields. You can filter the list by entering search criteria in the Search Announcements field.

Tip: if the announcements you are expecting to see are not displayed, you may need to reset the global filter.

  1. To edit an announcement, select its Edit Edit Button button next to the announcement.
  2. To change the order of the prompts, click the Delete Delete Button button next to the prompt to be removed and reselect the prompts in the new order.
  3. To save your changes, click the Save Announcement button.
