This section explains how to create and manage voice media. You create a media item by typing the text that needs to be spoken, or recording a voice message. For text prompts, CONDUCTOR converts the text to speech using its Text to Speech (TTS) facility.
An announcement is a series of individual prompts joined together. You can easily change the announcement without having to recreate it, by changing the prompts. You can assign an announcement to a service and update the assignment in real time in the Command Centre.
