Assign a Time Schedule to a Service

  1. Navigate to Call Flow > Parameters.
  1. Click the  Add Parameter button.
  2. In the window that is displayed, enter the details according to Create Parameters. At the Type field, select 'Time Schedule'.
  1. When done, click the Add Parameter button at the bottom of the window.
  2. Navigate to Call Flow > Services.
  3. Assign the parameter to the required service.
