Create a User Pickup Group
A pickup group is a group of users whose calls can be answered by any user by dialling ** followed by the pickup group extension number.
- Select Routing > Treatments > Add Treatment.
- In the Treatment Name field, provide a meaningful name for the pickup group.
- In the Treatment Type field, select 'Pickup Group'.
- In the Site field, select the site at which the pickup group is located.
- Select the Treatment Language to be used for system prompts.
- Click Add Treatment.
- Select Routing > Treatments > User Mapping and then assign users to the pickup group:
- Assign a pickup group extension to the group. See Create and Assign Extension Numbers.
