Create a User Pickup Group

A pickup group is a group of users whose calls can be answered by any user by dialling ** followed by the pickup group extension number.

  1. Select Routing > Treatments > Add Treatment.
  2. In the Treatment Name field, provide a meaningful name for the pickup group.
  3. In the Treatment Type field, select 'Pickup Group'.
  4. In the Site field, select the site at which the pickup group is located.

  1. Select the Treatment Language to be used for system prompts.
  2. Click Add Treatment.
  3. Select Routing > Treatments > User Mapping and then assign users to the pickup group:
