Add a Note to an Active OUTBOUND Call

You can add one or more textual notes to an active OUTBOUND call. Doing so displays the notes in the Dial History Panel so that they can be seen by any dialler agent in the campaign when subsequent OUTBOUND calls are made to the same contact.

Procedure

  1. During the active OUTBOUND call, click the  Notes button at the bottom of the Dialler Information Panel.
  2. In the Dial Notes sub-panel, type the desired text.

  1. Click Add Note to save the note.
  2. Click Close.
  3. Use the  button to add further notes as required.
