Record Calls

You can switch on call recording for calls arriving on an access number/group that is configured with a route plan of route type 'Onward Route' or 'SIP Trunk'.

  1. From the STUDIO main screen, select Inbound > Route Plans.

  1. From the Onward Route or SIP Trunk tab, select the route plan for which to switch on recording (the route plan may be a primary or disaster recovery route plan).

  1. Select the Recording check box to switch on recording:

  1. Click Save.

Recording commences for all calls being routed through this route plan.

Tip: recording can be toggled on/off for a primary route plan on the Configure Access Points screen. Click the toggle  button in the Record? column.
