Listen to Recordings

This topic tells you how to access recordings of interactions on storm. 

Procedure

  1. Open the Configuration panel by clicking the  button in the top right of the CONDUCTOR window.

If  is not visible, switch to View mode or click .

  1. Select Applications and then RECORDER. This launches storm RECORDER in a separate browser window or tab ready for you to listen to recordings.

storm RECORDER is a cloud-based omnichannel recording application, which records every communication channel that your employees use, along with the tools to extract insights from the recordings. The extent to which you are allowed to use RECORDER depends on licensing and user rights.
