Allow Agents to Change Their Status Remotely
You can allow agents to dial an extension or access number to check their availability status and to toggle it to available or unavailable.
- Select Routing > Treatments > Add Treatment.
- On the Add Treatment screen, name the treatment and configure as follows:
- Click Add Treatment.
- To enable dial-in from outside the organisation, assign an access number to the treatment via a route plan (see the STUDIO User Guide). To enable dial in internally, map an extension number to the treatment. See Create and Assign Extension Numbers.
Note: agents will be prompted to enter their extension.
