Notes: do not close your browser without logging out. If your browser is closed or if you experience a connectivity issue, the system will log you out after a configured period. Before this time elapses, the system sees you as being in the same status you were in before the connection was lost and may attempt to route contacts to you.
If you accessed DTA using single sign-on, you must log out of DTA separately.
