Chat to a Single User

Follow these steps to send a message to another user.

1. Click the Message a single user button.
2. In the Search users field, begin typing the name of the person to message.

3. Select the required user from the list displayed as you type.

Or, select a recent contact by clicking their name.

4. Type your message in the Enter a message field. Use Shift + ENTER to add a single line break.

5. Click the Send  button or press Enter to send the message.

Note: you can send and receive messages at any time, even when you are on a call. Your storm availability status does not change while using chat, you remain available to handle calls.
