The queue statistics panel displays live events such as active calls, queue length, and maximum wait time for each queue in the agent groups you are allowed to monitor. You can toggle the display to be static or scrolling.
To change from a static to a scrolling display, click the Expand panel button to display all the statistics for all queues the agent group(s) you belong to can monitor.
To change from a scrolling to a static display, click the Collapse panel button or click anywhere on the workspace.
