Contract Mapping

Contract Mapping allows you to add a predefined CLI to an agent group, that can be selected by an agent when making an outgoing call.

To add contract mapping to an agent group:

1. Navigate to storm Contact > Agent Groups > Edit Agent Group
2. Select the agent group to edit, then scroll down to Contract Mapping.

3. Select the contract to add using the drop-down, then click the Add button.

Note: to see the new numbers, agents are required to log out and back in to DTA.
