Assign Agent Groups to a Supervisor

Supervisor users may use DTA and VIEW to monitor and manage only those agent groups to which you grant access.

1. Select storm Contact > Agent Groups > Supervisor Agent Groups.
2. Select the supervisor user to whom to grant access and then select the check box next to each agent group you want to assign.

3. Click Update Changes.

Note: supervisors may be able to assign agent groups to peer supervisors from the DTA (subject to rights).
